Clare has over 15 years’ experience in private law children disputes. Clare has expertise in applications for child arrangements orders, specific issue orders and prohibited steps orders and has experience in cases with international and cross-cultural elements, cases where parents and/or children are neurodivergent, cases with same-sex parents, cases involving disputes over education and UK based and international relocations.

Clare Is adept at dealing with cases that require a sensitive yet proactive approach and draws upon her experience and skills when acting as an Arbitrator.
